Planning is a collaborative process that is constant; implementation is just one part of planning. Planning without implementation is not planning; it is useless paperwork. 100 Day Plan Print E-mail

A team to create a 100-day plan for Hickman, Lewis, Perry, and Wayne Counties of Tennessee is being formed.  Download the application form.

The 100 day plan is the culmination of the "Enabling Leadership" program cited elsewhere in this website.  Over a period of 100 days, approximately 8 people selected for their leadership qualities tackle significant issues in their communities.  This planning approach is quite different than what most people have experienced or expect.  It is intense; it will change the people who participate.  Although a "sponsor" may help initiate the process with a challenge, the leadership group will chart its own direction.  It is self-directed.
